Eric Staal leads the way with six points and the Coyotes are well-represented in this year's All-Star Game.

One more night off for the league before we get it back going on Tuesday night. Check out the Draft Thread in League Memos to see who is in the file, also, make sure you get your Team News posts in if you want to be eligible for this month's activity rewards.

Yo, I couldn't help but notice that elite superstar Arron Asham of the NZT Blue Jackets somehow beat out Dany Heatley for a Team North America roster spot. Seems mighty suspicious!

I figured it out now. Asham got in from fan voting like Rory Fitzpatrick almost did a while back.

Hence why I'll let the teams be picked next year.

I definitely wouldn't argue that Asham sucks, but Kartayev has been pretty fucking dynamic this year. The only knock against him is his counting stats because he spent the first 15 games or whatever in the minors. But yeah, maybe he wasn't the very BEST choice. I'm all for voting on All-Star rosters myself; it wouldn't be too complicated a process and it'd eliminate some unnecessary EHM WTF events.
