Eastside's Hockey Elite Collide

Hi guys, my PC crashed during the holidays and had to replace it. After I install he game, I get the folloing message when I try to run it:

Component 'MCI32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered : a file is missing or invalid

hence the game is no longer working for me.

Works when I chose run it as admin. Why didn`t I think of that?
