Confirmed. I wouldn't have done this last week as JMac's going to be an 80/70 RW/C but chances are high that Radulov's going to be out until July and I need someone to pot a bunch of goals now. Hopefully this draft will be deep enough to get a decent prospect because I don't expect STL to be in the bottom half of the league and I'll be hard-pressed to re-sign Boyes .

Confirmed. I needed the cap space and since Boyes was most likely on his way out after the '11-12 season, I figured trading him for a prospect like John McFarland instead of letting him walk and get nothing in return was the best thing to do long term.
