I hate CFL rules especially the running start rule. Not enough teams. At least Montreal is beating the crap out of everyone lol.
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had?
lobster and crab salad
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry?
Damn she's hot.
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game?
Barry Sanders in tecmo superbowl. Nuff said.
5. What hobby has cost you the most money?
Drinking

NFL because of better talent, more teams, better coverage, 4 downs (wtf CFL?) and smaller playing field. Running game is almost non-existent in the CFL.
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had?
Onion soup!
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry?
Those blue eyes and them boobs.
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game?
Mike Vick in Madden back in the ATL days
5. What hobby has cost you the most money?
Unfortunately it was probably Poker before, now its probably drinking

College. Easily. By far. Easier to bet, more games to watch, more emotion, no whining and bitching from players.
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had?
Either Al "Bubba" Baker's BBQ place's cheese fries covered in two types of cheese with BBQ sauce, bacon and choice of pulled pork/brisket or fried mozzarella at Maggiano's.
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry?
Talented, catchy but not annoying. Original. And yes, attractive with nice assets.
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game?
Easy. Bo Jackson, Tecmo Super Bowl. Dude was an animal.
5. What hobby has cost you the most money?
I wouldn't say gambling, because overall, I have to be slightly above even/close to it. Probably playing hockey. And then drinking after hockey, which I'll consider part of playing hockey. Because you can't play hockey and not drink.

1. I prefer the CFL over the NFL personally because I have a team. However, when the Los Angeles Chargers play their first game at Farmers Field, that could change.
2. I rarely order an appetizer, but last year in the CFL playoffs we ordered a plate of nachos so we could sit at the table longer. Wasn't great.
3. Who?
4. I haven't played enough Madden to have an opinion. Not too great at any video game outside of NBA '11 and sometimes NHL '11. Tim Gaw can confirm this.
5. Easily hockey. Though I haven't bought any new equipment lately, I have spent thousands over the course of my life on gear. It used to be what I saved up for and blew the bank account when I was a kid.

1. I want to like the CFL, what with the interesting little rule quirks, but honestly, so much of Gridiron football is spectacle, and nobody can compare to the NFL in terms of presentation and glitz, which is very important when your game is usually six seconds of action and forty seconds of analysis on every play.
2. Pulled pork poutine
3. Airbrushed, processed, calculated, homogenized and blandly offensive to the ears. Looks like Zooey Deschanel in a porn star's body, so that's okay, I guess.
4. TSB Bo Jackson's a clear winner, but Jeremy Roenick in NHL 94 is pretty damned close, if other sports are included
5.I try to keep my hobbies cheap. Buy too many books, probably.

1. NFL mostly, but college will do in a pinch.
2. Mac and cheese with short ribs (local restaurant specialty).
3. Attractive but annoying. I used to wonder who could stand being with Russell Brand, but they prob deserve each other.
4. ???
5. Prob books for me too.

1. For the Americans, college football or the NFL? For the Canadians, I see a lot of NFL love in that thread. Why the NFL over the CFL? I swing both ways but depending on the teams, sometimes the CFL is just a more entertaining choice. Also other than Dan Patrick and Gus Johnson, I cannot stand any of the NFL's commentators and panel personel. But then again the CFL isn't any better in that department(Death to Rod Black).
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had? Apps are overpriced
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry? Ssccchhhhhwwwwwiiiinnnnnnnggggggggggggggggg
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game? I rape at kick offs, so any fast kick returner
5. What hobby has cost you the most money? Pokemon?

not big on either.
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had?
half price calamari at the keg is pretty good. nothing memorable really stands out.
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry?
hot and talented, at least compared to her more whoreish/weirdo/crackhead/dead competition (kesha, gaga, winehouse, etc)
can't go wrong with being on sesame street also.
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game?
i thought there was only one right answer to this
5. What hobby has cost you the most money?
piano lessons cost a lot back in the day, but i never had to pay for them...
so it'd probably be sports/athletics. registration fees, equipment, gym fees, etc. i've gone through like 7 pairs of basketball shoes. however, i'm still pretty cheap when it comes to buying new equipment (at least i was when i had shitty/no jobs back in the day) - i.e. playing ball hockey using a stick with a one-inch blade rather than buying a new stick for $15...quinn can confirm

1. I don't watch football so there you go.
2. Korean restaurants have the best including kimchi and this stuff, especially if we're going with reasonably priced options and not including super fancy molecular gastropub food or whatever.
3. I wouldn't know who she was if her body wasn't plastered all over ads everywhere. That's all.
4. See 1. I've played the odd football game and the only thing I remember is blitzing a lot on defense and losing.
5. Computer gaming. Sports are probably next, followed by books/movies.

NFL. Recruiting is a sham, level of play can vary based on what you're watching, and no playoff system. And it's also easier to accept the Browns as my team more than the Buckeyes.
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had?
Usually any form of potato/cheese/bacon does the trick. Or mozzarella sticks.
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry?
When millions of young boys end up with sex addictions by the time they're 8, I'll know who to blame. She's the latest in a a growing line of spoon fed top 40 artists that would be nearly inescapable if it weren't for iPods.
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game?
Bo Jackson in the Tecmo SB series was my thought also.
5. What hobby has cost you the most money?
Pokemon was a big one, starting to become electronics/Apple products now.

1. I don't find football entertaining in general and would rather watch a marathon of Teen Mom then sit through a CFL game.
2. Ahi tuna when it still existed at the Keg.
3. #WINNING
4. N/A really, but I'll go with me when I created myself when I was like 15. 99 OA QB obv.
5. Poker. To be more specific, poker and drinking. To be even more specific, heavily drinking and 6-max PLO.

As someone who generally gets stuck hearing/borderline watching Teen Mom, you're completely and totally lying. That show is horrible.

Imagine one of those shows about trashy people, only it's not funny because there are kids involved and it's actually pretty tragic. That's what I got out of the 5 minutes I watched it and I haven't been tempted to see it again since.

1. college football or the NFL?
pro, because i went to Marquette and we didn't have football. i watch the games, root for the Browns, and play fantasy, but overall i could easily live without it. the huddle kills the whole sport for me
2. Best restaurant appetizer you have ever had?
calamari w/ asian sauce is pretty darn good. spinach artichoke dip is cool, too
3. Thoughts about Katy Perry?
strikes me as another dingbat, but i have heard worse. i actually like the humor of Russel Brand so maybe there is more to her than meets the eye. speaking of eye, she is at least nice to look at
4. Most dominant football player in any sports video game?
JR in NHL '94 was a good pick above. could hit, skate, and score.
5. What hobby has cost you the most money?
probably going to games over-the-years. it is not just the ticket price, but the parking, beer, food, afterward, etc. when i look back at it, this entertainment is pricey and ephemeral. it is not sports equipment for sure. as much golf equipment as i have, i build my own clubs and ALWAYS look for great value. i have never paid more than $120 for anything.
not seen Teen Mom but it looks like a typical "let's push the envelope" show to shock suburban parents from MTV. how boring.

Ugh. Just the thought of the whole teen pregnancy stuff makes me sick. I've been working data entry for B.C. vital statistics this summer, and some of it includes birth notices and birth certificates. It's pretty gnarly having to enter information like this:
Date of birth -- 1996
Pregnancies -- 5
Live births -- 2
Abortions -- 3
At first I'm like...
But then I'm like
Sure, it can be a bit sad/tragic too in some cases (maybe that's the premise of Teen Mom, I've never seen it), but if you've been pregnant five times before you turn sixteen it's your own damn fault.
I think it's pretty rough that some ladies I went to highschool with have like 2, 3 kids so far and I'm like what the fuck are you thinking.....go enjoy your life. The only bonus is they'll be able to have a lot more freedom when they are older, like for example their kids will probably be out of their house by the time they are 40 but still. I'd rather do it the other way around, live through my 20's kid free.

I don't even know why you would want kids at all, those little buggers cost a lot of money. Then the dumb bitches complain that they can't afford the kid and the father is a no show, so they demand the tax payers support their stupid decisions.
