Frazee did not like your contract offer with the two-way. I offered one without a two-way. Under his new salary, he will make too much to play in the AHL. If you don't want him because of that, he can be reverted back to his old salary and allowed to be released as a UFA without a buy out penalty. He would only consider a one-year deal.
