Reasoning: Want to win, need a goalie.

Accepted, hard to Give up an elite goalie such as Brodeur but this team needs an injection of youth and Tampa came to the table ready to make a deal. This fits both of our needs and alows both of us the cap room to complete it, thanks TBay and good luck.

This trade is approved.
We see Smith and the 1st rounder = Brodeur. Mihilak is solid and Helenius is a very capable backup, Clarkson for them is reasonable.
