Tampa proclaims the top spot in the East in a 1st round preview game between the Lightning and Sabres, the Pens shutout the Devils, Ottawa comes through in the clutch to steal a late one then grab it in a shootout, Berglund gets a hatty for the Blues, and the Blue Jackets win.
