A little later of a SIM than I like, but I was out in Buffalo for the family's yearly "away Penguins game". Been doing it since 2009 (!!?) and it was a mix of Columbus/Buffalo, but mostly always Buffalo now based on travel for where everyone is, etc. AMAZING time. Last year's goalie goal hard to top, but lots of fun. ANYWAY... onto what really matters, its not family and friends, its EHEC.
An almost home-sweep of 1-goal winners other than: COL/CAR kiss their sisters, 3-3; Caps shutout the visiting Kings 3-0; and Dan puts up six six SIX 6 over the yotes.
The highlight, everyone, please check out the box from SJ/ARZ. Despite no attempts to injure, at 42:55, the score being within reach, 3-1 SJ, the world explodes. 6 fights, including a GOALIE battle, where the Kochetkov and Alnefelt "fought" with no winner. Both goalies get 17 minutes in PIMs. Other than the majors and misconducts at 42:55, there's the 2 for Luke Riply and Haydn Fleury for "Roughing". Shrug. These guys hate each other!
