Another sim where I got to the third period of the very last game of the sim, no ATIs, but friggin' Matt Filipe had to go and hit Michael Downing in the head. At least it's just two weeks but still!

[edit] I/we again forgot to enter the OTT-CBJ trade, which I realized as I was closing my simming tabs, so I quickly locked GMO, went back to EHM, made the trade, and uploaded everything. Whoops

And I realized this schedule is home-and-home with Buffalo for FOUR STRAIGHT GAMES. 1 outta 8 points thus far. I swear outta 8.... come on idiots.

Well at least we only got outshot by 1

Yeah I've got 4 straight with Florida coming up.... Something weird in the old schedule system... Get those rivalries out of the way I guess!

Well we actually instituted a brand new schedule based on Kevin's efforts. It doesn't quite follow the NHL rubric, and was designed to (1) avoid extended days off; (2) avoid back to backs; and (3) even out the number of games per night to even out simmers load

Not bad to get a couple of road wins in, considering the circumstances of no Tarasenko/Zibanejad/Lucic. Now to see if that continues on to the four game home stand.

We can put in a request to Kevin to add ">2 consecutive games against the same team" as a no-no for next year, I suppose.

It's not totally impossible to change the schedule now as long as it's just swapping pairs of games with each other without breaking the other rules on consecutive days with games, etc.

Ya, it's easy to change the schedule around, a bit harder to add checks regarding when teams play each other but not impossible. Something to look into I guess
