NJ will need more cap space. because many contract ending and I need renew some of this. And this is nice offer for me. Sompel can play similar role in NJ with lower salary and Sorum is decent young player.

I always liked Max Jones who brings scoring touch, toughness and consistency, so when I saw he might be available, I couldn't resist.

He'll fit nicely on my top-9.
