Whoops, I missed the retention on Despres - 50%

With the 50% retention acknowledgement, Rangers accept.

Depres is overpaid but far from unplayable. He will be a slight upgrade in the 6/7 slot. I also get rid of an extra contrac slot, which I've been actively trying to do, and can make a UFA depth signing too.
