New year, new... month. Everything was going great (only a half-dozen lines to fix!) until the final game when PIT's Conor Geekie decided to take out Miro Heiskanen for 6 weeks. Well, the Caps scored the GWG and insurance marker on the ensuing major. Also Geekie defended himself in a fight just 13 seconds after coming out of the box, but lost a second round to Jack Quinn with just enough time left in the period to have to sit in the box for another 5 minutes. (I think EHM refs must view this as more punishing than a game misconduct)

We won again. Why? No one knows. My disappointment is immeasurable.

That's annoying. Geekie is certainly not the best player on my roster, but he is the only physical centre I have with any offense to him so fixing up the lines is gonna be weird
