Islanders receive:
G Ilya Konovalov (64)
The Panthers have been hamstrung by poor goaltending all season, and although Hellberg has shown signs of recovery, Konovalov has steadfastly remained a league leader in Sabotage/60. So Kono heads out for a desperately needed change of scenery, and Varlamov arrives in his place to hopefully at least get the backup 'tending more towards the league average.
