Home teams almost sweep the board, thanks to a natural hatty + assist night for league leading scorer Drew Stafford in an Edmonton bounce back, and in part due to trash-tier goaltending in Florida. However, the highlight of the night has to be Boston beating Dallas with a final minute goal from Bowen Byram, leaving Martin the winner and loser in this Brichta battle. Oh, and Malkin took a hooking penalty with three seconds to go.

Wow, losing close games, something's got to give.

Nice to see the Sabres have won their 2nd game of the season. If we win the next one, we will be .500 this season. Yeah!

Oh, and just for @NYR°3, I moved some games that were previously on the schedule for tonight for the empty day tomorrow, assuming he didn't want to do a 13 game monster. Of course, I can change it back if you like...?

LOL I would do my duty of course, but no, please give me some sweet sweet relief whenever you can. It's much appreciated. I was already in pain knowing what was coming.
