So I'm not going to be nearly as harsh as Ottawa, but I will highlight this to remind you that the contract rules have changed. If you want any of those players for 2yrs, you have to offer at least 800k. If you want them on 600k, they can only be signed for 1yr.

Otherwise, mostly to assist Dan, these three RFAs are actually asking for 3.9mil, 1.45mil, and 1.2mil respectively. The lengths are fine within the rules, so it would be:

Actually, Dobson is coming off his ELC so 5y @ 4.3M is correct.

Lets make it 800K 2 years for all those guys.

There's no need for that. Now that I'm entering contracts into a program it checks any issues for me, so manual double-checking is unnecessary. And the post-ELC contract bonus catches people off guard as it's not easy to tell if a player is actually coming off their ELC. Right now I'm comparing their expiring contract to what their ELC would have been based off their draft year, but even that's not foolproof as some players develop slowly and re-sign for no raise at all.
