Strait contract offered.
Believe you gave Omark a qualifying offer, so he'll be an RFA. Guess your punishment to him is making him sit there.

An award has been determined in the Mikhail Grabovski arbitration.
Terms: 1 yr + TO
GM proposal: 2.75M per; comps: Stajan, Hudler, Svatos
Agent proposal: 2.4M per; comps: Calder, Raymond, Prospal, Samsonov
In an interesting turn of events here, the agent would have easily taken the GM's higher proposed salary and ran with it. As such, this case would have never gone to arbitration. So, I have nothing to rule on.
Grabovski will be offered the GM's salary of $2,750,000 for one year plus a team option.

Not sure yet. Will have to be calculated later in year unless Fastsim file has higher OF/DF. At 2.4M, his base will be at least 7.2M. So, without a franchise tag, he's somewhere around 7.75-8?
With franchise tag, somewhere around 6.25-6.5.

Taylor Hall
After 12-13 E5s: $2,200,000
(OF/DF) / 2 = 85.5; 200% increase, 3x Franchise Tag 25% off base number.
(6,600,000 * 0.75) = $4,950,000 Franchise discounted base.
Supplemental bonus: SK = 200,000
Consistency bonus: 250,000
Specialist bonus: 350,000
Total bonuses: $800,000
Total salary: $5,750,000
Austin Czarnik asks for $600,000 in game. (At 60 OF/DF average in fast sim.)
Keegan Lowe 160 in 2011 = $600,000
Anton Zlobin 185 in 2012 = $600,000

I think the term is the problem. He wants a 2-yr deal. I'll offer 6 x 2 and edit contract length.
