Steven Stamkos has signed a $5,500,000 per year, 3 year deal with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Detailed financial terms of the deal were not announced.
Franchise tag = 4,281,250 (per formula); contract length adjusted to requested 11 years.

I had requested arbitration for Fedor Fedorov (along with a few other AHLers), then was informed it wasn't necessary. However, I don't think he ever actually got offered a contract. Could he get whatever minimum + 10% penalty if necessary before the rollover?
No way he toils in Europe before vopatizing and overwritten for some punk 2014 prospect.
