Confirmed. I've scouted this draft and I don't think I'll be able to get a player as good as Jarnkrok with my pick, plus he's close to fully developed. On the downside, he's due a substantial raise but I'll figure out a way to fit it in, and the RFA compensation if I can't sign him should be of comparable value.

Here's another casualty from last year's trade deadline fiasco. I can't afford to have him back and he was gathering some team's attention so the choice was easy to make. I think that this pick can get me a player almost as good as Jarnkrok but what's also valuable to me is the cap space and the possibility to turn this pick into something else than a one dimensional offensive player.
