You're going to run an orphan team (if there's one), you're going to like it (hopefuly) and that's the end of it (idk really maybe Dan had other plans...).

When I took over the Avs they were sitting around fourth overall in the draft. Today they are 10th. Did the new GM have to make an impact THAT soon?
