Anaheim needs a callup.
With Braydon Coburn off LTIR, Buffalo's over the cap (at 70,642,500, needs to be 70,445,568).
Chicago's over the cap (at 73,731,962, needs to be 68,573,566).
Detroit's over the cap (at 76,360,833, needs to be 70,275,267).

I should specify: he's got 3 prospects who will sign ELCs in a day or two. Gotta make room once they sign.
