I have to admit I had a lot of fun assembling my farm lines after I realized I can ice an entire big mac unit:

Actually, so far, western teams has won 511 games, eastern teams has won 590 games.

Since the East has 2 more teams....

East teams have an average of 36,875 wins per team
West teams are at 36,5 per team

So the 590-511 East advantage seems a bigger edge than it actually is.
