Could we add a topic somewhere only the commish can publish about current suspensions in progres, and return dates ?

Maybe open up the player profile?

I think more and more GMs are using GM Office exclusively to run their team. The problem is that there is still a few things that can only be viewed in-game, and people are missing things (injuries, suspension).

Whether or not Quinn does another update to make downloading the file completely obsolete remains to be seen. Regardless, I think we have it pretty good compared to even a year or two ago.

I can certainly start a thread that lists every new suspension. Date given, number of games. GMs can check the schedule to see how much is left for their player tho.

I think that would be helpful.
