The Flyers inexplicably get pummeled by Stanislav Galiev and the Maple Leafs tonight and the Capitals fall into a bear trap against the Bruins. The recently-orphaned Blues take down the Blackhawks and the Coyotes win the latest Pacific Division installment of their rivalry against the Sharks.

You're welcome Buffalo. :|

But seriously, what the fuck was that? Salo 3 assists? Rookie Auvinen with 2 assists? Keith Yandle another goal? Simpson gets his first win after 10 straight losses to start his leaf career?

3 trap lines and a H&G?

Proof positive of why we're changing the rules.

And why we're going to evaluate changing them even more this summer.

That said, Boston has a pretty damn good roster. Had they had a GM all along, they'd have been in the hunt, no matter the tactics and line combos.

Well even the stacked teams need to lose a game here and there. Boston seems like a pretty good hockey club to me.
