Steven Stamkos gets to the 30-goal plateau with a hat trick and David Koci scores a goal to highlight tonight's eight games in EHEC. The Rangers pick up the third point in their game with Pittsburgh by winning the skills competition. The Flyers fall yet again on a night where I sim, the Flames and Coyotes play a pretty physical affair with the Flames coming out on top, the Bruins and Sharks both win by 4-0 counts, and the Canes blank the Blues.

First to 50 wins with 12 games to go, hell yeah. David Moss? Hell yeah. Phoenix and St. Louis losing too? Boooyah.

I'm at work right now so can anyone tell me if someone on my team beat the living hell out of Kurt Sauer?
Couldn't care less about the score, all I want is retribution.

Beautiful. Amazing. Couldn't have drawn it any better myself.
That's exactly how I want my team to respond.

We do the running around thing. You sit and watch.

Three wins for the greater New York metroplex! (Thank you, John Tavares!)

I didn't even know David Koci was still in the file.

Props to Sauer for at least restraining himself from dropping the gloves a third time and getting himself kicked out of the game. Seems like he's practically a lock to lead the team in PIM this year, with quite a few matchups coming up against teams whose players who've been crippled by Sauer spears to the groin.

With Kartayev out though, I'm almost tempted to throw in the towel on the season. Doesn't look like I've got much of a shot at better than 4th-6th seed in the playoffs at this point, and we'll probably end up drawing fucking Chicago again - the only team that has ever won a playoff series against the EHEC Coyotes.

You're 11 points up on Chicago, how exactly do you propose to drop to 6th and then draw Femur? Other than drawing Femur Titanic movie styles, which I don't need to hear about.

Rough game. Gagné goes down for a week, but we take out Despres and Michalek. :|

I might call up Mike Lee and start him the rest of the season.

Or Alex Auld.

I thought Chicago was doing better, for some reason. Looks like it might instead be LA in the first round with home ice advantage still up for grabs. Who knows though.
