Bieksa and Tallinder both need to go through the arbitration process. All players 28 & older need to go through arbitration.
I'll send you the arbitration PMs and we can start the process.
Rypien isn't very good, so we can offer him the 25% base salary increase, making his offer 2 years at 687,500.
